"Brushed Pale 2"


Another subtle piece on computer paper, which I sketched out before painting. I am trying to force myself to use as few brush strokes as possible.

    this is truly a special piece. it conveys powerful emotion through simplicity, and that really takes a discipline and an ability to discern what is essential in the subject. love the looseness of the line.
